Fresh, a little floral and a lot attractive. Bright, intense, slightly narrow palate - fortunately padding out and becoming more interesting from the mid-palate. Finishing well...

2015 - Domaine Drouhin-Laroze, Gevrey-Chambertin Village

A dark nose, a little tight. Fresh, great volume, good complexity and a slowly growing fresh fruit in the mid-palate. Plenty of tannin but a nice fresh and complex aspect about this wine. Yum!

2015 - Domaine Drouhin-Laroze, Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Au Closeau

Fresh and very attractive dark fruit. A very fine, slightly textured tannin and really mouth-watering flavour of quite some substance. Super wine.
